Real Estate Operations and Marketing Intern

Work closely with the property manager on the day-to-day needs of occupied units, turns, and resident support.

Get practical exposure to how EVV Housing handles property operations, tenant communication, work orders, and property readiness.

Build professional judgment, communication skills, and operational discipline in a fast-moving environment.

Show properties to prospective tenants and support follow-up communication after tours.

Respond to tenant concerns and help make sure issues are routed and followed through quickly.

Supervise and coordinate work orders with vendors, maintenance support, and the property manager.

Handle smaller repairs when needed, such as changing a lock or addressing other light maintenance items.

Help inspect units, document issues, and keep properties ready for tours, move-ins, and day-to-day operations.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, real estate, hospitality, construction management, or a related field.

Strong interest in property management, real estate operations, tenant relations, and hands-on problem solving.

Comfort working in the field as well as in an office setting, with willingness to help with showings, inspections, coordination, and light repairs.

Clear written and verbal communication skills and the professionalism to work with tenants, vendors, and the EVV Housing team.

Strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing follow-through.

Basic comfort with tools and minor repair tasks is a plus.

A valid driver's license is required.
