The concept is great, and it really is a stunning building, inside and out! However, this place needs a little more effort to really shine. Mostly clean and accurate, however it appears to be due for a deep clean (debris under bed and in corners, ants in kitchen, etc) and a few minor updates (motley assortment of kitchen items, etc). Not a big deal. Overall a great place to stay, though perhaps not yet ideally equipped for a long stay of more than a few days. *Important note: The bathtub, while listed as an amenity, is not functional for taking baths. It is peeling all over, in great need of resurfacing (I'm not fussy, but it was not possible to take a bath). It is covered with a rubber mat, which makes it perfectly fine for showering. The host is attentive and ready to assist; this is sadly just an improperly advertised amenity. Neighborhood is great! Walkable to restaurants, coffee, and a really lovely riverfront park. Overall good, as long as you are aware of the above
