The place I rented from Brooke and Hasib was very clean and as described. It is a very large place with plenty of room and was very comfortable. As the ad says there are plenty of stairs, so if you don’t want to climb stairs don’t select this place.

Odd airbnb overall... It's an old house w/kinda cheapy DIY job- basics falling apart in every room but mostly functional. Dirty and bed not made when arrived, extremely loud AC, metal floor threshold popping off, etc. To which hosts did respond quickly by sending great maid and repair guy, but nothing can be done about AC, making zoom calls awkward, metal shards still ended up in my boyfriend's foot after the guy just barely screwed the threshold back in, not actually premium linens as advertised - $20 sheet set from Amazon-and I had to go out and buy a mattress pad so I wasn't sleeping on top of a plastic mattress cover. Not actually in Haynie's Corner and kind of ghetto area, about a 10 min walk. In summary, $2500 for the month for a kinda ghetto place in a kinda ghetto spot, but reminded me of my first apartment in college so got used to it in the end.
