I would highly recommend! The apartment has everything you could need & is located in a quiet neighborhood & walking distance to a very nice restaurant. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Evansville.

For the price, it’s extremely cute, easy to get to, didn’t have any problems checking in, everything was super easy to find and use. There was only AC upstairs, and the rest of the house was sort of hot. The bathroom, and some other parts of the house kind of smelled like old water that had been sitting for a while in the drains. The bed slats fall off VERY easily. I would not suggest any adult activities, or even just sitting or laying down slightly rough. I would suggest that nail those to the frame. The parking spots are very limited, and people with multiple vehicles tend to just park in your spot, so you may have to find alternative parking. Other than that, it was a cute place. I would choose it again if those slight problems were fixed. It’s very updated, homey feeling. And very worth the price.
