Brooke was very responsive. The place was really convenient and nice. But unfortunately we came into a house that smelled like smoke and it took a few days for the smell to be ventilated out. We also had to clean the bathroom and the kitchen ourselves as it was not thoroughly cleaned. You do have your own parking space in the back which was very nice. Be aware too that you do share an entryway with the apartment upstairs.

Lovely apartment centrally located in Evansville! I would definitely book again for my next trip.

Plenty of space. It appeared as if the cleaning staff had the cleaning items out but forgot to clean. Mop bucket and broom were in a corner in the kitchen/dining area but floors did not appear to have been swept or mopped. Lots of dust bunnies on the floors and bathroom walls. Bathroom had long dark hairs in shower and around the bathroom sink.

Brooke's place was even more impressive than the photos, which were already gorgeous. It was spacious, private, well renovated, clean, modern & very comfortable. I will definitely be staying in one of her properties again when I visit Evansville. She provided a list of recommended restaurants & was a very responsive & helpful host. I highly recommend staying here!
