The pictures on this place were nice, but this is NOT a reality of that location. We travel a lot with family. In this case, the place was cheap to match its location. Not what we expected from description and reviews. Very poor area of town. The place isn't clean and was smelly. Floors were very dirty. Kitchen walls and furniture need cleaning. Fridge and area around the sink and bathtub needed cleaning. Place is very old and needs a lot of upkeep. It is a very cheap place, so you get what you pay for. We were very surprised by other reviews on this place. We couldn't wait to get out. Host was very responsive and professional. Maybe not her fault this is 100+ year old place in poorest part of town. It needs upkeep and work.

A wonderful place with incredibly responsive hosts. We arrived late in the evening and they were still able to help us with entry. Fantastic team and very grateful for them.

I have stayed at multiple locations hosted by this individual and I am never disappointed! The service and locations are above excellent every time. Like always — a pleasant stay and I would recommend to others!

5 Stars ⭐️ ! They were super responsive and very great service! The house was very cozy and walking distance to the Ford Center! I will definitely stay here again! Such lovely people! Had no complaints in my stay!
