The bathroom door handle completely fell off. There was hardly any water flow in the bathroom sink. The front door did not lock properly and no one was sent to fix it. The kitchen window needs a blind/covering. I was given an access code to the laundry room which did not work and the cleaning crew questioned me about homeless people being in the space. The laundry room is downstairs and around the back of the building. Location is excellent.

Helpful host, even at last minute. Quick to respond to inquiries. Polite about all aspects of the arrival, stay, and departure.

Parking was easy to find. I was a little alarmed by the cockroaches we saw out on the front porch but thankfully never saw any on the inside. The apt was clean and easy to find. The blinds and curtains don’t fully close, not the most private(but you are on the 2nd floor) or ideal for a sleeper who’s light sensitive. The bed and pillows were super comfy! Laundry is in a shared space and detergent is not provided so keep that in mind when planning laundry. There weren’t many hangers so I recommend bringing your own. Only 2 shower towels and 2 hand towels were provided for 2 adults so bring extra if you want to shower more than once during your stay. Internet was spotty going in and out repeatedly and communication on that was slow and inconclusive. Overall it was just eh. Not bad, not great.
