Will book again with Brooke

This is a very hard one to review. I would definitely describe it as the “landlord special” The bathroom was missing the overflow cap on the tub and the faucet stuck about an inch off the wall. We had issues with the lock when we arrived. To the credit of the hosts they were responsive at 5 am and we were able to get in after a phone call. The silverware in the kitchen was dirty with caked on gunk in the drawer. Overall the place felt not well cared for which is unfortunate because it could be a very nice little place to stay. The floors were disgusting. Our feet turned black after walking around barefoot for a couple hours. The savior of this place was the price. It was very cheap compared to other options in the area, however, if the host cannot take care of the property for the price they are renting it for then a higher price would be justified. Overall we had a place to stay on no notice but the experience was only okay.
