The place was very clean and well-maintained. The A/C-heater element was fully controllable which allowed my family to set the correct temp to feel right at home. I was driving cross-country and stopped by Evansville for an overnight stay. To my amazement there were several things for my kids to do during our short stay. This home was 7 minutes from everything we wanted to do.

The good: 1. Good value for the number of beds. Easily slept our family of 6, and the beds were comfy. 2. Super easy check-in. The not so good: 1. We checked in Friday evening. Got carryout from the restaurant right next door (good Chinese food!). Searched the kitchen up, down, right and left for silverware - none to be found. I checked, my wife checked, our kids checked - it wasn't there. Plenty of utensils for cooking and serving, but no silverware. Contacted "Brooke" (Hasib?), requested silverware be brought by on Saturday while we were out and about, was assured it would be taken care of. Got back after a super busy Saturday with food for dinner, no silverware. Contacted whoever it was that is responding to messages, was told silverware would be brought by. Nothing. Sunday morning on the way out, noticed a WalMart bag with silverware in front of apartment 810A, which is downstairs, while we were in 810D. 2. TVs didn't work, requested it be fixed, never happened.
