Great place!

Brooke was a lovely host! We had a last second overnight trip in Evansville and Brooke was very responsive and helpful with our last minute plans. House is a bit older but has all necessary up-to-date features to feel comfortable and safe. Floors were a little uneven but we got used to it pretty quickly! We’d stay here again!

Overall the place was a great stay and worth the money we had paid. Brooke was great at communicating and responded quickly. 😊 One of the main issues I had was the overall cleanliness of the place. There were stains on the shower curtain, stains on some of the beds sheets. The floors were not very level and sunk in. We also experienced some ants in the shower. Not a crazy amount but enough that it definitely needs to be treated. The temperature also kept changing back up to 75-80 every time we had turned it down. Not sure if it was on a specific setting but the paper next to the thermostat indicated we had control over this feature. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is due to the overall cleanliness. This place definitely could use a true deep clean. 🧼 The stay itself was good. Just could use some good cleaning.
