What Are the Rental Rates and Are There Any Discounts for Longer Stays?

What Is Included in the Rental Price? (Utilities, Wi-Fi, etc.)
All utilities including Internet, Electricity, Water/Sewer, Trash, Snow Removal, and Lawn Care is included.
Are Pets Allowed in the Rentals?
Generally, we do not allow pets at our residents. In special cases and it specific units, we might consider it for a fee.
What Is the Cancellation Policy?
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date. Cancellation Policy could vary depending on the contract.
What Amenities Are Provided With the Rentals?
Generally, all properties are equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, and all essential items. For more details check the property page or reach out to us with questions.
How Are Cleaning and Maintenance Handled?
You will be provided with an emergency number after booking that you can call in case of any issues. Cleaning of unit during your stay can be arranged upon request for a fee.
Can I Extend My Stay Once I Am Already in the Rental?
Yes, reach out to us and we’ll adjust your stay if availability permits.
