Home was clean when we are arrived, good location,Owner was friendly. Thanks for you home

The host was very responsive and check in was easy. The front door was concerning. Upon arrival I thought the door was open because of the gap between the door and frame. Did not feel very secure. The living room and bedroom were nice, but the apartment definitively had some water damage on the walls and ceilings and a heavy smell of bleach/cleaning spray. The bathroom was rough, a dirty tub and curtains, along with stains on the ceiling and walls. A few little ants were running around the counter tops but the kitchen seemed cleaned. Probably would not stay here again without some significant repair and clean up.

Apartment was as described and a great deal. Host is responsive and helpful. Perfect for a weekend getaway in the heart of Evansville!

Will stay at one of Brooke's places again.
