The pictures posted of the apartment weren’t like the actual apartment. There was a bad odor throughout the apartment and I had to purchase room deodorizers to manage it. The kitchen was minimal in regards to providing expected plates, bowls, cups, silverware etc. Also the back door lock had clearly been compromised and although replaced it still was concerning for safety reasons.

The place was not as good as I expected. The shower had one knob missing and the shower head was missing a seal and water sprayed out of the connection . The sink faucet in the kitchen was not movable. The dryer vent hose was not attached to the vent , the hose was not long enough to attach it. I purchased a new shower head , knobs for the shower controls, etc. Everything else was ok. Bed was comfortable , bed sheets were good. There was a TV and it was not hooked up. I don't watch TV so it was ok. IDK if this is a maiden voyage for this type of "rent" or not. This price was not a good value by no means and I could not recommend this for the price. I do not know what the rent is for the area but I don't think I will do this again.
