Unfortunately, we ended up leaving our stay early due to several issues with the property. We experienced a water leak, problems with the refrigerator/ice and water dispenser, a non-working fan, issues with the dryer and door lock, and other maintenance concerns. We also didn’t feel comfortable with the surrounding area, and our vehicle was broken into during our stay. I do want to give the hosts credit for how they handled everything. They were quick to send maintenance when we reported issues and refunded us for the remainder of our stay when we decided to leave early. We also had packages delivered after we left, and they were kind enough to ship them to our new location using the label I provided. I received everything safely. The property wasn’t the right fit for our family, but I appreciate how the hosts handled the situation and worked with us.
