The host were amazing and responded within reasonable times. The stay was in an older building, being from Evansville I understood the history. The bed in the master bedroom was to die for, and honestly made me feel like it was worth paying the nightly rate. I love the quiet times starting at 8pm, it is truly a place for a cozy stay. The layout of the kitchen is great especially if you have children so you can cook on one side and the kids can eat on the other.I honestly can’t wait to stay here again!

The hosts for this property are wonderful...always very responsive and send helpful information/instructions prior to your visit. This is our second stay at the property (first time was in the first floor apt; this rental is the second floor apt) and will definitely return. The apartment is very spacious with a large master bedroom and places to work remotely if needed. The kitchen is newly renovated and well equipped. The bathroom needs some attention including fixing the hand towel holder, but otherwise no complaints.
