The house is great. It does exist on a busy street close to a stoplight so the sound of motorcycles and trucks accelerating took some getting used to in the evening.

If this place is available to stay at, don’t miss the opportunity. The place was in a great location, great parking on a secure parking pad. The home was well equipped and very comfortable. The bed in particular was extremely comfortable and the linens were top notch. The gas range was great too. Brooke was always very responsive even though we needed very little. I’d give her 10 stars if I could. The place is 5-10 minutes from everything. Thank you Brooke for an amazing 1 month stay.

One of my favorite places I’ve stayed in Evansville so far

Brooke was very responsive. The place was really convenient and nice. But unfortunately we came into a house that smelled like smoke and it took a few days for the smell to be ventilated out. We also had to clean the bathroom and the kitchen ourselves as it was not thoroughly cleaned. You do have your own parking space in the back which was very nice. Be aware too that you do share an entryway with the apartment upstairs.
