If you are in Evansville, I can’t vouch enough to stay at Brookes properties. I have stayed at two of hers and they are the cleanest, most organized properties here. She goes out of her way to make you comfortable!

The host was very responsive and always replied quickly, which I appreciated. However, the apartment itself was not well maintained during my 3.5-week stay. I had issues early on with light bulbs taking about four days to fix. The biggest problem was the keypad lock. After a repair attempt, it actually got worse. I was briefly locked out, and once inside, the keypad fell forward, making entry and exit difficult. I was given a rusty lockbox as a workaround and later had to request a physical key, which also took about four days. The keypad was never fully repaired, so access was not as advertised. The oven handle also broke but was fixed the next day, which I appreciated. Toward the end of my stay I noticed bugs in the apartment and decided to check out early. Communication was excellent, but repairs were slow. Overall, fine for a short stay, but I would not recommend it for longer stays unless maintenance is improved. Location felt a bit uncomfortable at night as well.

Brooke is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to accommodate her guest . She is always responsive and helpful . I am very appreciative of her kindness!
