This is a small house on a fairly busy corner. You get the whole house with two bedrooms , a bathroom, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but nothing to write home about. Cleanliness is an issue. This would be an okay place for someone who needs an inexpensive place to stay on the east side of Evansville for a week or two. It would be a challenge for a family since the bathroom is tiny, but there are two bedrooms and it was a reasonable size for two people.
