Very nice and cozy! Hosts were nice and easy to work with

I know every host wants a 5 star rating but when the location is presented and everything is acceptable but not really outstanding it isn’t 5 star. Entrance was slanted stairs with no railing and entrance area was dusty, dark and buggy. It needed a thorough brushing down. Walking in was overwhelmed with air freshener scent. Check over the apartment and found a large hole in the flooring in primary walkway, HVAC was crazy loud and door that might have helped was off hinges. Bathtub and shower slip pad were very dirty, no holder for TP. Hosts did send cleaning person over immediately. Beds were okay but fitted sheets were not deep pocket and came off in night. Biggest issue was absolutely no where to place luggage or toiletries. The hosts were responsive but these are things that should be managed better. It was on the cheaper side of available locations and it showed.

Cute little place & perfect for what I needed. Highly recommend to anyone that needs an affordable place to post up.
