The Airbnb matches the photos and Brooke was a responsive host. HOWEVER, those two truths do not excuse the situation of dealing with multiple bugs throughout our stay. If you stay here, be careful where you step, especially at night time, because you may step on a BABY COCKROACH. I understand that a few bugs may get in the apartment from outside, BUT, seeing over 10 throughout the wee hours in the morning AND before we checked out ?! That’s ridiculous. I turned the light on around 1am and saw something move on the floor, I tried to be rational and just look past it…until I open my bedroom door and saw that there were multiple baby cockroaches crawling on the floor, the walls, AND the kitchen cabinets! The ONLY reason we stayed is because it was so late and we didn’t know the area well enough to find another place to go. If you HATE bugs, like I do, I’d recommend staying somewhere else.
