Good spot, convenient to Haynie's Corner. Brooke is very responsive.

we really enjoyed our stay here! the decor was cute and chic. the mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable, and we had no problem getting enough sleep. check in was a breeze, and the hosts are always quick with communication.there’s a shop around the corner, about a 2 minute walk away, which was super convenient for our late night snack runs.i’ve stayed at 2 of their properties in the last 30 days, and they do an amazing job at making guests feel welcomed. i would definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for something downtown!

Great place!

Brooke was a lovely host! We had a last second overnight trip in Evansville and Brooke was very responsive and helpful with our last minute plans. House is a bit older but has all necessary up-to-date features to feel comfortable and safe. Floors were a little uneven but we got used to it pretty quickly! We’d stay here again!
